StarsUganda currently rents a home on Nile Avenue in Jinja. We are only two blocks away from Our Lady of Fatima Church, which is very convenient for several reasons including the support from the head priest to recruit staff candidates. This house is on a very large property, which has allowed us to establish our poultry and garden to secure a healthy diet for our children. There is also a small building on the property with two bedrooms where Bonny, our Head of Purchasing, Ivan, Head of Security/Driver and Geoffrey, our Gardener and Caretaker of the poultry, live.

We are in the process of looking for land to purchase on which we will build a home suited to the needs of our children and staff. We expect the cost of the land to be around $35,000 and construction costs to be around $200-250,000.
