Transition home for children under 6 years old who have been abandoned, abused or neglected in Jinja-Uganda. These children have been suffering from malnutrition or sexual abuse. Our home offers a safe environment, healthcare, proper nutrition, early stimulation to prepare them for school years and eventually get out of poverty
